Target Areas and Social Groups

IMO predominantly centres its energy and resources on the Blackburn with Darwen area and the Pennine corridor of Lancashire. Whilst we aim to work with all demographics within deprived areas, our priority is to serve underrepresented social groups suffering from economic, health, and social disadvantages such as:

  • Black, Asian and minority ethic (BAME) groups
  • Refugees and asylum seekers
  • Young people
  • BAME Women
